REFUND POLICY
Atlas Driving School is owned and operated by Atlas Driving School INC.
This refund policy applies to all services offered by Atlas Driving School through:

(Hereinafter referred to as "Atlas Driving School").
Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.
All packages must be fully scheduled and completed within 12 months of the original purchase date. After that date, the package expires and no refund, extension, or credit will be issued for unused services. Students may request a refund only after the first class or service has taken place, subject to this policy and any applicable non-refundable charges.
When a package refund is approved, each completed lesson, service, road test booking, or used component will be charged at the current individual or component price listed online at the time the refund is processed, not the historical package rate or historical price paid at the time of purchase.
In addition to the charges for all services already used, an administrative refund processing fee of $75.00 plus GST will be deducted from the refund amount.
If the value of services already used, calculated at current online rates, plus the refund processing fee exceeds the amount originally paid, no refund will be owing.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel a scheduled appointment and remain eligible for a refund or rescheduling without penalty.
Any cancellation notice received less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment date and time is subject to a $40.00 plus GST rescheduling fee.
Any cancellation notice received less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment date and time is subject to full payment of the appointment as the rescheduling fee.
Students who do not attend a scheduled appointment are responsible for the full amount of the appointment.
Students who fail to present their original and valid physical driver’s licence at the time of the appointment are responsible for the full amount of the appointment.
Approved credit transfers are subject to Atlas Driving School’s transfer policy, including the one-time one-hour minimum purchase requirement for the receiving student.
Approved package changes, exchanges, or reprocessing requests are subject to a $75.00 plus GST administrative processing fee.
Transfers, exchanges, or changes do not extend expiry dates and do not create a right to upgrade into the GLP program.
Once approved, refunds are generally processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, subject to payment processor timelines.
